Board of Directors Discussion and Action Items
Cal Poly Partners is governed by a 13-member Board of Directors that meets quarterly to discuss direction and set policy. These meetings are open to the public and take place in varying locations on campus. Scheduled meetings for the 2025-2026 board of directors will take place on Oct. 31, 2025, Feb. 6, 2026, April 24, 2026 and June 5, 2026. Board meeting minutes and agendas for the past two years are available below. Contact cppartners-admin@calpoly.edu for minutes or agendas older than two years.

In the interest of time, a MAXIMUM of three (3) minutes will be reserved for your public comment.
Please remember to turn off your cell phone while inside the meeting venue.
Public Comment remarks should be directed to the Board Chair as a whole and not to any individual thereof. No person will be permitted to make slanderous, profane, or personal remarks against any individual.
