Faculty & Staff Housing

Expanding Housing Opportunities

Access to attainable housing remains a significant challenge in recruiting and retaining Cal Poly faculty and staff. Studies indicate a demand for more than 1,000 housing units to support the campus community. In collaboration with university stakeholders, Cal Poly Partners is working to expand housing options through a combination of rental and ownership opportunities that support current and future employees.

Harvest Lofts

The newly constructed Harvest Lofts offer an ideal location for Cal Poly faculty and staff, just 4 miles south of the main Cal Poly campus. This prime location ensures quick and easy access to the university while being nestled in the serene, thoughtfully designed community of San Luis Ranch.
