Our Strategies
Throughout the 2025–26 academic year, Cal Poly Partners leadership developed a new strategic plan to guide our priorities through 2029. As we look to the future, our work will be guided by three strategic directions: Campus Experience, Financial Strength and Effective Teams. Together, these priorities reflect our commitment to creating meaningful impact by enhancing the student experience, building a sustainable and resilient organization, and empowering our teams to deliver exceptional service while advancing Cal Poly’s mission.
